Her ears twitched as he spoke, cupping the name 'Jake Sully' with interest. The man who became a Dreamwalker; the Dreamwalker who became Omaticaya. But not just another of the People, the Olo'eyktan of her tribe. He was much older now, of course, his hair dusted with gray from many prosperous years with the clan. He had a kind heart and he led them well and though he was not her father he had always treated her and the other young Na'vi as a caretaker. Though she had to admit that when he'd first become one of the People she had not been eager for such a thing. But Eywa had chosen him and she had saved him from his human body. And if Eywa could love him then so could she.
"He is a great man.. I apologize for accusing you of deeds that you do not know of. We were both at fault.. But surely a Dreamwalker that wishes to learn like Jake did cannot be bad." She gave him a more genuine smile, the tips of her sharp canines exposed with the broad grin before her smile fell at his complaint of more pain. She shook her head and pulled his arm back around her shoulders, pressing herself close to his side so that she could take the weight off of his leg and he could rely on her legs for balance.
"I am not knowledgeable of all the medicinal plants.. It is something we will have to learn together, I suppose. I am sorry I cannot make it better before we get there." She sighed as she held onto him, hoping she could think of something a little more helpful to distract him from the pain. "You do not speak Na'vi?" She asked for conversational purposes, deciding that talking would be the best and only thing they could do to pass the trip to Hometree. It wouldn't be too much longer if they kept a steady pace anyways.

"Some of the Marines back at base would disagree. But, I think they're the waste of time. Shooting things with out even knowing what it is. Yeesh" he said, people like that, made him upset. He watched her smile dissipate, and frowned himself. He saw her walking towards him, offering her shoulder, and motioned her away, as he began to walk a bit more normally.
"Ahh. I actually would prefer that we learned them together. Learning with someone, is better than learning alone, as you have no one else to share your finds with. Do not apologize. It is not your fault, it's the mechanic's. " he told her reassuringly as she helped him any way. He sighed and answered her question. "Not a word, I want to learn like a child would, from the start. I want to learn EVERYTHING about the Omaticaya people" he said excitedly, as he walked with still a bit of a limp.

She gave a faint laugh as he conceded to her help, not minding so much anymore. He was not going to harm her, this she had come to realize, and thus become relaxed in his presence. "I will help you learn," she told him with a nod, promising it not only to him but to herself. Anything that she or the People could do to help the Sky People always see how beautiful their world was and keep them from wanting to destroy it again was worth the time and effort.
"Na'rìng," she said after a moment more of walking in silence. "Forest. Nah-reengh," she translated then into English and emphasized for him. The foliage was becoming much more familiar to her and behind the large fronds before them would be an entrance to Hometree. She was sure that other Na'vi warriors had spotted her with the Dreamwalker, but they had not sprung out at them. The warriors had been taught from Jake that they should not always assume the worst about the Avatars or the humans that controlled them.
She loosened her grip on him as she moved to part the large leaves and let him walk through, the sudden appearance of the roots of her Hometree hollowed out almost like a tunnel that led to the tree's center living area breathtaking. "Kalxi`!" Zarrin called out into the echoing woodiness of the roots, hoping the male might hear her call before they wandered too far into the heart of her home.

"Alright. Sounds like a plan, but I had a thought. Would you at all be interested in learning somethings about Earth?" he suggested as they walked through the woods, his eyes not leaving her for more than a second, following her closely. He did not want to get lost, not with the array of deadly, yet fascinating creatures that lurked here, especially at night. "Forest. Naring." he said repeating it over and over, writing it own on his old but trusty notepad. He stopped repeating the words, his ears perked up when he heard Kalxi. He was eager to meet this "Kalxi" and tried to catch up to Zarrin, slowing a bit to take in his current surroundings. "This is amazing" he said in awe, inadvertently colliding into Zarrin, not watching where he was going.

Zarrin walked into home tree with another demon. This one smelled vaguely familiar and looked familiar but he was sure he had not seen him before. Zarrin called his name a few times. He trotted over with his bow at the ready. As he got closer he recognized the face. "TheHarrower" he said connecting both words as though it was a full name. "Zarrin! Move away from this monster!" He shot the arrow through his strange foot coverings nailing him to the floor. "Vrrtep!" "Don't do anything stupid or this is going through your head!" he held the arrow to his forehead. "Oeri ontu teya längu!" he was mad. How dare this murderer come into home tree like this! He then pulled out a small knife and stabbed him in the arm. He then put the blood to his tongue. "Oh this isn't Theharrower! Hahaha! Sorry for the mix up." He pulled the arrow from his foot. "We have medicine for that don't worry." He called to a friend to bring him some scorpion plant and ikran tooth and some thanator feather. He waited for him to bring it back.

Everything happened very fast and all at once. She had sensed Kalxi` before she'd actually seen him and once she did, it was already too late. "No!" She yelled, holding her hands up, just barely dodging the arrow. She grimaced at the sound of it striking its mark, looking to see the feathered end of it waving side-to-side like a flag as it stuck out of Jay's shoe. Quickly she pushed herself up from the ground and back to the man's side, her right hand going to the knife on the back of her hip in case the Na'vi male tried any other stunts like that.
But then he had approached and tasted Jay's blood, instantly finding the difference that it had taken her longer to realize. She bowed down on one knee and pulled Kal's arrow from Jay's shoe, shoving it back at him slightly, her lips set into a displeased frown. "Fìskxawngìri tsap’alute sengi oe..." She muttered as she turned back to Jay, actually speaking to him though he would not understand her. She had thought Kalxi` would not be so quick to act, but she had been wrong.
"This is Jay.. He knows nothing of The Harrower. I brought him here for help. For both wounds now." She shot Kalxi` another look of her deep golden eyes but said nothing more of the incident that had just happened. "He has also come here to learn."

He sat the alien down and removed his shoe. "I am Kalxi. Do not be afraid. I was so quick to act for the reason of your resemblance but we will fix you up." He poured the acid of the scorpion plant onto the wound. It steamed and made a hissing sound as it ate at the poison from the arrow. Then he placed the ikran tooth into the wound as it sucked up the acid, after that he warped the thanator feather and it blended with the flesh like a tattoo making a permanent bandage. He was all healed. He then noticed the cut on his leg and repeated the steps. "You may stay and learn. Zarrin and I will teach you."

"What the?" Jays said looking at the arrow sticking out of the shoe, then he felt the pain searing from his foot. "Agh!!" he shouted, attempting to pull out arrow. "On three" he told himself "Three" he said yanking out the arrow. "Dammit!! The hell was that for?!" he shouted angrily "I came to learn and what I've learned so far is you guys shoot first and ask questions later. God Damn that hurt. You best be thankful I'm not the vengeful type or you would have had a new asshole already. Jesus Christ!" he shouted as Zarrin explained him to the tribe, as he grabbed his injured, mumbling a chain of obscenities under his breath in the background.
"So you're Kalxi. Ohhhh damn, owww" he said as Kalxi tended to his wounds. "I'm Jay. Jay Harrower, no relation to The Harrower. Mind if I ask but just who is 'The Harrower'? Sounds like some guy who jacked my last name in an effort to be cool" he said jokingly as he held out his hand for Kalxi to shake. "Thanks for not killing me" he added.

She shook her head and sighed at the constant slur of foul words that spilled out of Jay's mouth and pressed her fingers over his lips to hush him. "Your mind and your mouth are full with trash," she told him as she lowered her hand. "If you wish to learn you will have to use less of those foul words. They are part of your insanity that must be cured."
She moved from Jay's side as Kalxi` expertly tended to his wounds and the blue flesh healed almost instantly before their eyes. Between Kalxi`'s knowledge of medicine and the make up of their bodies it took them hardly any time to be patched up. She stood beside her Brother Na'vi, folding her arms across her stomach as she often did, her hands resting in the creases of her bent arms. Would she be the one to explain 'The Harrower' to Jay? Well, she could at least get the ball rolling.
"He was a Dreamwalker like you, Jay. But he murdered Na'vi. He enjoyed causing this destruction... He was killed by the Forest." Zarrin looked to Kalxi` to continue. She only knew some of the monster, but not enough to really explain everything about him. She was still learning things too, after all.

"Sorry. Bad Habit I guess. Sooner I learn to use 'em less the better. Just be thankful you don't here what comes outta some of The Marines' mouths. You'd probably faint" he said examining his leg and foot "Heh. Well I'll be you know your stuff Mister Kalxi. Thanks again for everything" he said trying to stand. "That 'Harrower' guy sounds like a real prick. Sorry again. Really bad habit" he said after listening to what Zarrin had said. He stood on his feet, attempting to stabilize himself.
